australia wide Shipping

We currently ship our gift & wine boxes within Australia via the Australia Post service, and offer two shipping options for our customers. 1. Standard Shipping - gifts will be carefully packaged and dispatched between 2-3 days OR 2. Express Shipping - gifts will be carefully packaged and dispatched between 1-2 days. Please note we are unable to ship our floral gifts via Australia Post, and we are also unable to ship any item internationally at this point.

LOCAL Delivery

We offer a local hand delivery service for our florals, wine & gift boxes to addresses within 15kms of Orange, New South Wales. If your recipient isn’t home when we attempt to deliver we will leave your gift in a safe place by the front door of the premises. Unless alternate arrangements or requests have been made via the ‘Note for Bespoke Country Gifts’ box at Checkout.


There is also the option to collect your floral, wine &/or gift box purchase from our place in Orange, New South Wales. Following your purchase, we will be in contact within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your gift.


All payments for gifts are to be made at time of purchase ad can be paid online via Credit Card or Paypal.

Multiple Orders

Our current system unfortunately doesn’t allow multiple orders to multiple addresses. We are working on providing a custom website that will allow you to add multiple addresses per order, but for now you can either (1) place a seperate order for each recipient, or (2) email us the details of your multiple gift order and we will send you a PayPal invoice to pay in one transaction

REFUNDS & Returns

All of our orders are non-refundable. If you order arrives and you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.


We love to design custom gifts for business and special events. Please get in touch to discuss options and ideas for your custom design. Please note minimum orders may apply for custom designs, and we require a minimum 2-3 week turnaround to have your custom design ready for delivery.


Your purchase from Bespoke Country Gifts will always be treated like a gift when packaged. We include no invoices or packing slips in your box when shipping your purchase. All order confirms, invoices & notifications will be sent to the contact details listed under ‘Billing’ in your order.
